I forgot to mention in our first blog that we've also implemented our own private search engine at Taylor Shopping. We have a database of millions of items from nearly 200 different stores. It makes it a lot easier for you to find that special item, especially if you have the manufacturer's item number. Here it is, if you'd like to give it a try.

About Taylor Shopping
Ok, so this is our first Blog posting. For this first post, I'll try to tell you a little about why we're here.
We are full-time RV'ers. We set up Taylor Shopping as a way of trying to supplement our income and keep all those bills that still exist, paid. So far, we aren't making a fortune, but we are making just enough to pay for the site. We had hoped that it would be enough to supplement our "fixed income." We've now decided to create this blog in hopes that those of you who read it, and shop online will use our site as a means to find that store and do that shopping with us.
We aren't Amazon or eBay
. We're just a retired couple trying to make ends meet, and it's those of you out there reading this that can help us do that by shopping online thru us.
We pass out business cards to all those wonderful people that we meet on the road. Some of them do use the site, and it's those people that are giving us enough business to keep us up and running.
Taylor Shopping is a great place to go hunting for a particular item that you might be looking for from Ameribag to Shoes to electronic equipment, clothing, books, and even tools. We have more than one merchant for these items, but these couple of links will give you some idea of all that we have to offer.
We've also got some great merchants for our RV'ing friends including Camping World, Passport America, and Happy Camper half price camping.
Several years ago, we also started Granny's Gold®. It's the very best fudge you will ever put in your mouth. We discovered that it was nearly impossible to keep up with the orders and handle things while on the road, so we had to sell the company. Being a small restaurant and bakery with so many other things happening in their lives, while also nearing retirement age, they have since, very sadly closed that business.
We'd love to hear what stores you use and what stores you'd like to see that might not be on our site. We'll get them if we can for you, and let you know. Sometimes we can also offer certain shopping incentives in the form of online coupons that may not be available to you if you go directly to the store's website. So, get on over to our site, Taylor Shopping, and have fun shopping til your fingers fall off.
